PayPal Gets An Official Blog
How do you communicate with 150 million customers? Get a blog. PayPal has a new official blog, The PayPal Blog. Here is the feed.
CEO Rajiv Dutta says the new blog is a place “to have a conversation with the millions of customers and partners that use PayPal every day.”
Only a few categories are open so far and I don’t see one marked “complaints” yet!
Blogs are a great way for companies to communicate with customers. E-gold even has a new blog.

That’s hilarious. I wonder how much space they will give to the hordes of customers outraged at being jerked around by PayPal.
Will PayPalSucks.com be on the blogroll?!

It probably will be if there’s a trackback link to it ;) but chances are those kind of linkback will be deleted I guess.
