Patrick Wins an IntGold Lawsuit

by Benson on January 1st, 2008

IntGold

Now we remember IntGold, a failed digital gold currency that was raided by the FBI 2 years ago. Since then, nothing much was heard out. Today, The Herald Banner published a case where a former IntGold merchant sues IntGold and won the claims of $62,037.00 in damage and lawsuit costs of $12,489.22 to be born by IntGold.

The good fella who won the case was Patrick Verbeeck of AnyGoldNow. It all came about when Patrick has funded his IntGold account for his debit card business, but was massively short changed. Now this is good news and a step forward for ex-IntGold clients.

We’re still waiting for the outcome of the federal fraud investigation on IntGold. As for me, I’d like to see what happens to Mike Comer and Jeffrey Koleksi. Anyone saw IntGoldSux.com when it existed? The Porche SUV car and all?

Ahh you are kinda confused on your payment systems. The Stormpay failed payment system owner was the one that had the 90K porche SUV parked out in front of the business…
    not Intgold.

Ah yes! That was Stormpay. Thanks for pointing out my mistake. I heard for Intgold case it was misappropriation of funds that got them into trouble with both the clients and the Feds.
