MoneyBookers - Have You Got Something To Share?
(Digital Money World) Attention to all MoneyBookers users.
Do you have pressing withdrawing problems with them after their recent user policy changes? Have you tried contacting their customer service line? What kind of response do you have from them? Recently I’ve seen some complains from MoneyBookers consumers on other blogs that might be worth bringing up.
One complain from fellow b5media blogger Alfa’s blog comments entry,
I also have problems. After 13 days their letter sent 4th January has still not arrived . I contacted their customer service dept and arranged for manual verification and sent documents days ago and then again. Still no reponse and account still frozen .No chance to get my pension out. Now in dire shortage of funds but revery time I ring their customer service department their lines are so bad they are imcomprehansible. They do not respond to my e-mails either. What can I do? IDP 13.01.08
If anyone can share their first hand experience, it’ll be very appreciated.
