(Digital Money World) In response to Bernard Von Nothaus’s lawsuit filed in March, the US Government slaps back by dismissing his case based on 3 grounds,
- Von Nothaus Has Not Stated Jurisdictional Grounds for Suing the United States and His Claims Must Be Dismissed
- Von Nothaus Has Not Shown an Actual Controversy and His Complaint Must Be Dismissed
- Declaratory and Injunctive Actions Which Interfere With the Criminal Process Are Not Appropriate

I was wondering about purchasing the tenth ann. 20 dollar but it is 40.00,why is this. I thought we buy it at face value. If I buy it and spend it then I dont get my monies worth do I

It’s a fiat v silver. I suppose when you’re minting a coin, there’re costs involve and it outweighs the cost of it as a fiat money at the moment, but it also depends on how much silver would escalate in terms of value to fiat dollar value.
