The Obopay cell phone payment system is pretty amazing. The entry is very easy, no bank or CC required and if you need a MasterCard to withdraw funds they will give you one. Also soon out will be their payment widget. Place this in your web or myspace page and receive payments from cell phones. What could be easier?
